Summit Women's Self Defense System 

​ Try a Free 1 hr class, 3 hr intensive group class and/or In a 10 hr self paced program, we will teach you how to neutralize and stop the most common acts of violence and attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a larger stronger assailant. Each one-hour lesson addresses key techniques. After taking class 1 which is Free, you can then start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience. Unlike most self-defense systems that rely heavily on strength, speed, and coordination, the techniques in the Summit Women's Self Defense System we employ natural human movement, leverage, technique, and timing, so anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability, can make them work against larger opponents. Once you complete the Summit Women's Self Defense System! Ages 13 & up We also offer youth self defense programs.

If you have no previous martial arts experience and you want to learn how to defend yourself in a fun, safe, and cooperative learning environment, Summit Women Self Defense System is for you.

ESSENTIAL TECHNIQUES
Experts in most common acts of violence and attacks from FBI stats, Law enforcement officials and survivors of sexual assault helped us identify the most common attack strategies that a male assailant is likely to use on a woman. From hair-grabs and choke-holds, to bear hugs and weapon defenses, the Summit Women Self Defense System covers it. And builds unstoppable, unshakeable confidence in the process.
Step 1: Take the Free Class One We know busy schedule, things to do, but you are worth learning some self defense that could save your life! Bring a friend
Step 2: Learn the Techniques
We have broken down the Summit Women Self Defense System techniques into 10 one-hour classes so that you can complete the course at your own pace. We designed each lesson so that you can start at any point in the course after class 1. As a result, you can start the program at any time and complete the 10 lessons in any order. Upon enrolling, we will issue you a Summit Women Self Defense System attendance card on which we will track your progress every step of the way. 
Or Do an Intensive 3- 4 Hour Couse: Loaded with proven self defense skills, live real world scenarios, you can get in one of our groups or schedule your own group; friend, family, co workers, organizations. We can also customize group for special situations.
Step 3: Develop Your Reflexes
Once you complete each of the 10 Summit Women's Self Defense System lessons twice, you can participate in classes where you will learn how to combine the techniques to address the most common occurrences in a real self-defense situation, get great shape, improve fitness components, lower stress, meet new people.
